上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金正式设立
上海陕西北路369号是百年花园洋房宋家老宅旧址，也是上海宋庆龄基金会所在地。1月9日下午，二胡演奏家马晓辉拉动琴弦，一场充满海派风情的沉浸式文化沙龙在此拉开帷幕，也宣告上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金正式设立。
现场，马晓辉与青年演奏家们即兴演绎了二胡与大提琴《卧虎藏龙》，并用二胡、西班牙吉他、马头琴演绎南美洲作品《明天》和探戈《闻香识女人》，最后，现场人员纷纷加入互动，合奏演绎了一曲《万马奔腾——赛马》。
未来，专项基金将重点资助“一把二胡行天下”公益项目，支持青少年、女性艺术家开展文艺创作、学术交流，支持中华传统文化的传承和推广，支持乡村振兴、艺术疗愈等新领域的拓展。
2023年，专项基金将开展以下主要活动：纪念三八国际妇女节“马晓辉和她的朋友们”二胡专场音乐会；致敬白衣天使“大爱无疆”专场沙龙音乐会；“春回大地 鸟语花香”迎春舞会；国际家庭日-社区文化节活动；六一儿童节暨“乡村振兴，让农村青少年、儿童爱上二胡”活动；乐陪儿童成长计划、音乐疗愈、美育家训、东西跨界对话、东西方礼仪系列赏析讲座等。
“宋庆龄是我十分敬佩的中国女性楷模，希望能追随她的脚步，为公益事业尽一份绵薄之力。”马晓辉说，“我希望以创新的视野、公益的模式、跨界的形式，传播二胡艺术之美和新国潮、新海派之美，从而经历美、见证美、创造美、成为美。”
成立于1986年的上海宋庆龄基金会，为何为一位艺术家成立专项基金？上海宋庆龄基金会副秘书长朱亚萍表示：“马晓辉的文化艺术经历与基金会致力于妇女儿童公益事业、开放化和国际化的气质彼此相投。我们设立这项专项基金，不仅要支持二胡艺术发展，更重要的是传达‘高于二胡’的中国人文精神，在新时代进一步升华宋庆龄公益慈善理念。”
专项基金成立后，马晓辉希望能对青少年美育做出更大的贡献，“我希望能借助二胡这件乐器，成为真善美的使者，引领青少年审美，增强他们的文化自信。”
音乐疗愈也会是专项基金持续关注的领域，而在这一领域，马晓辉已有多年积淀。
在疫情中，随着大众心理疏导需求的增加，马晓辉首创了一系列公益音乐雅集活动，用斑斓的音乐给许多人带去了治愈。作为连任三届的上海市政协委员，马晓辉的提案也多有关注音乐疗愈等话题。
上海陆家嘴-外滩金融城研究院院长史忠正父子也是这个专项基金的推动者和发起者之一，“希望借助上海宋庆龄基金会的美誉度和影响力，帮助和支持女性艺术家的发展，也希望得到更多金融家、企业家和热心文化公益人士助力，促进文化艺术的繁荣和美育事业的发展。”
