今年是中华人民共和国缔造者之一、前国家名誉主席宋庆龄诞辰130周年。为继承她的宝贵精神财富，在第113个“三八”国际劳动妇女节到来之际，由上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金主办的“她力量 共绽放”——庆祝三八国际妇女节沪上菁英女性圆桌对话于3月4日在花园饭店举办。
中国福利会副主席、上海宋庆龄基金会理事长姜樑，上海市委宣传部副部长高韵斐，上海市委统战部常务副部长、市人大常委、市人大民宗外事委主任委员黄红，上海市人大教育科学文化卫生委员会主任委员徐建光，上海市侨联党组书记、主席齐全胜，以及市文联、市文化和旅游局、市对外文化交流协会、市政协办公厅、市外商投资协会等单位的相关领导和部分退休老同志出席对话现场。

上海市人大教育科学文化卫生委员会主任委员徐建光对参会的社会各界优秀女性代表致以问候，他说，你们是新时代的最美奋斗者，新征程上最强追梦人，义无反顾地投身强国伟业。他对参会的上海市医学会、上海市医师协会的女医师代表致以衷心感谢和崇高敬意，赞扬她们是人民群众生命健康的“守护人”，奋力为人民健康福祉筑牢“防护墙”，为取得疫情防控重大决定性胜利作出了贡献。
著名二胡艺术家、上海宋庆龄基金会马晓辉文化艺术专项基金发起人马晓辉、上海社会科学院马克思主义学院院长黄凯锋、瑞金医院副院长赵维莅、上海交通大学医学遗传研究所所长曾凡一等四位优秀女性受邀参与圆桌对话，她们结合自身成长经历，围绕“大变局下女性发展的新视角”开展探讨，共话女性力量。
女性是否还是大家身份认同与自我定位的重要因素？上海这座城市对女性成长有何影响？女性的多元发展是否还有“玻璃天花板”……现场嘉宾们静静聆听“她”声音，感受“她”力量，领略“她”风采现场不断响起热烈掌声，收获高光点赞。
精彩的圆桌论坛之后，对话嘉宾马晓辉、曾凡一还表演了二胡演奏、独唱等节目，轻盈、飘逸、雅韵灵动的音乐，映衬着优秀女性的温婉细腻，也把大家带进了春的清朗意境。
来自上海各行各业的女性代表，包括女医生、女教师、女科学家、女企业家、女艺术家等共一百余位嘉宾现场聆听了此次对话，共庆“三八”国际妇女节。
