目前，粮食署在土耳其的应急响应措施需要筹集8000万美元资金，以迅速增加粮食和现金援助。粮食署还需要1.5亿美元来援助叙利亚的80万灾民。
此外，该机构还需要3亿美元来维持在叙利亚全境每月为550万人提供粮食援助的计划。粮食署表示，如果无法获得这笔资金，该机构将被迫在几个月内暂停对380万叙利亚人的援助。
