粮食署执行主任：土叙强震灾区展现出一幅“末日图景”

联合国世界粮食计划署执行主任大卫·比斯利2月25日结束了对叙利亚和土耳其地震灾区的访问，他呼吁当局开放更多的人道主义援助通道，帮助两国的地震幸存者。

他表示，虽然全世界已经迅速动员起来支持两国人民，但这次地震的影响将长达数月甚至数年。

目前，整个土耳其南部和叙利亚西北部约有1800万人受到地震影响，数以万计的人丧生，数百万人失去了他们的家园、生计和财产。

在博伊努约（Boynuyoğun）难民营，比斯利会见了家园被夷为废墟的家庭。该营地是粮食署多年来一直支持的七个叙利亚难民营之一。

粮食署表示，援助规模正在扩大，以包括因地震而流离失所的土耳其家庭。

叙利亚饱受长达12年的内战蹂躏，西北边境大部分地区由反对派战斗人员控制，当地许多人多次流离失所，本就面临着人道主义危机。如今，该地区又遭受地震袭击，使得情况雪上加霜。

比斯利访问了位于土叙边境的联合国运输中心。在那里，一支由21辆卡车组成的车队已经装载了380吨食物和其他救援物资，将通过巴布哈瓦口岸前往叙利亚西北部非政府控制地区。

自边境口岸重新开放以来，粮食署已向叙西北部运送了180辆卡车的物资。

目前，粮食署在土耳其的应急响应措施需要筹集8000万美元资金，以迅速增加粮食和现金援助。粮食署还需要1.5亿美元来援助叙利亚的80万灾民。

此外，该机构还需要3亿美元来维持在叙利亚全境每月为550万人提供粮食援助的计划。粮食署表示，如果无法获得这笔资金，该机构将被迫在几个月内暂停对380万叙利亚人的援助。
