要求秘书长辞职
埃尔丹要求古特雷斯辞职，还表示以色列现在将扣留联合国官员的签证。
以色列外交部长科恩（Eli Cohen）也指责古特雷斯为恐怖主义辩护，并取消了原定于24日与秘书长进行的双边会晤。
24日晚些时候，古特雷斯会见了一些被哈马斯扣为人质的平民家属，并再次呼吁立即无条件释放加沙境内所有被扣押的人。
